Qualified candidates
are invited for this position for 2 years fixed term contract.
§
Assisting all departments in the preparation of
annual budgets
§
Supervision of all payments and purchases to
ensure they are in line with approved budgets
§
Control of trust cheque cheque books
§
Receiving and banking all transactions
§
Doing monthly bank reconciliations for all bank
accounts
§
Recording al financial transactions on pastel
§
Setting up and supervising efficient stock
control system and supervising stock takes
§
Controlling all debtors and creditors
§
Management of asserts and liabilities
Qualifications
At least a
degree in accounting recognized by bica
5 years
experience in a similar position with a valid Botswana drivers license with no
endorsement and be prepared to work in rural areas.
