DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
The role will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance by
identifying and meeting customer needs through selling and cross selling of all
products and services
Participate in specific product campaigns by ensuring that
the products are explained to customers
Agree, meet and exceed targets for specific sales campaigns
Maintain own sales performance statistics for management information
usage
Own and manage personal product and channel sales targets, to contribute
towards the outlet sales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Cambridge Level certificate or equivalent
Good communication skills and outspoken
Relevant experience in a front line banking sales/marketing/service
environment
COP qualification will be an added advantage
