NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-Senn Foods Logistics

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Carry out regular Key Account calls with all Customers to negotiate pricing updates, deals and promotions. Create strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification in Sales and Marketing
• Driver's License
• Key Account experience in FMCG for at least 5 years' experience at management level. Buying and Merchandising experience
• Regular Key Account calls with alt Key Accounts.
• Doing pricing updates for all suppliers where applicable.
• Negotiating deals and promotions.
• Negotiating ad-hoc and co-op spend.
• Doing regular performance reviews with customers and suppliers.
• Applies Customer Relationship Management - foster a strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Liaising with suppliers in terms of product ranges, listings and merchandising lay-outs.
• Visit clients and ensure that stock is maintained at the correct levels, that products are displayed by the sales team, stock rotation takes place, customers inquiries / complaints are dealt with.
• Promote and sell the company's products to new / prospective clients through introduction and promotion of products.
• Promote customer service with all key accounts.
• Coach and develop staff on technical skills of sales and merchandising.

• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literate with emphasis on Excel
• Interpersonal and Communication skills
• High level of business and financial acumen, with ability to work under pressure.
